    Peel the apples. Take off the seeds with the help of a knife and cut them into 2-3 cm of slices in shape of rings. Put flour, baking soda, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, sugar and milk in a bowl and mix them. Mix apple slices in the fluid flour. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the slices in it.
